Dermistique Face & Body –The Shoppes at Stadium

I have never been to any spa that asks people to fully pay for a single session of eyelash extensions before getting the service done. If anyone else has been asked to do this please reply to this comment because I feel this is a segregation ploy.

This place is amazing. They are immaculate and their cleanliness. Everybody that works there knows what they’re doing. I always look and feel better when I leave there. The customer service is fabulous. I have small children and they are always flexible and willing to work with me. I cannot say enough nice things about Dermistique.

I'm so disappointed. I've been going here for close to a year and loved it, even referring them to friends. However, after the second time of going 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time (and this is only an issue because clients pay for the time... Even if we don't receive the full time due to their lack of time management during these instances) I decided to reschedule because I was not going to have enough time.for my appointment any longer. The manager was beyond unprofessional as I mentioned it was the second time and my time as a client is also valuable. As I walked out with my husband, I said I may have to find another place. The manager called me and said "I heard you mention finding a new place, I can just unschedule your next appointment and we will no longer schedule your future appointments." Wow.
