2 issues: First, I was charged $299 for the annual membership renewal. I think it is POOR practice to not remind people of this charge. I never received an email that this would be renewing and I only noticed when I checked my bank account. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Second, I'm in the process of hair removal and near the end. I was not instructed to not come in/reschedule if there was no current hair growth. Yesterday, I left work early (loss in pay) and drove 50 minutes to get to my appt only to be told since there was no growth, I should reschedule. Again, POOR SERVICE!! Once I am done with my hair removal, I will never use your company again nor will I continue to refer friends to you. I am more upset about the $299 that was charged....it is ridiculous and I think you need to adjust your training or something. I understand I signed a contract, I am not disputing that. I had a not even 8minutes appointment and it hurt so bad and I was told it’s going to hurt for a while. It still hurts month + after the 5/8 minutes appointment. I had to go see a doctor for help it hurt so bad. I didn’t even finish an appointment and I said I didn’t want to continue the services. I even called to cancel all appointments and then collections starting to harass me. I was being charged the 4k and I didn’t even finish half my first appointment. I called and the lady was so horrible snapping and yelling at me then she transfers me to another lady who was just as horrible. She was like I have done the procedure myself and it hurt. Very insensitive person. I was told use a different service or give it to my friends or family. They do not tell you in the phone interview ( I had my roommate next to me and we were discussing it even she said the same) or make it known you do not get to cancel or stop. To begin.. scheduling is always a month or more out.. to schedule a touch up.. the client can only schedule one week out and very limited openings.. it is difficult to get procedures on the sane day.. you recently changed hours making less opportunity to get an appointment within a decent time frame. The nurses are great.. no complaints there. The cost if a touch-up has almost doubled.. I’m not seeing the benefit of the “lifetime membership”. My renewal just cane up and the cost went from $250 to $299 and a free procedure has been eliminated… there is absolutely no reason to have a membership.. it’s obvious the company is taking advantage of their customers and bottom line.. it’s all about money.
