Cost Cutters

Husband took our son for a quick haircut. He comes home with a bowl cut on one side, hair missing in one place, and looking like an overall hot mess. And, it was his first day of preschool the next day. Apparently, the lady who worked on Sunday the 10th, was still drunk from the night before. My husband came home with his hair botched, also. I call today to get in for a correction and am told they close at 5. Husband races home from work in Woodbury to South Saint Paul & grabs my son to go back to Woodbury. They closed 30 minutes early. Someone was inside and ignored them standing at the door. I call, no answer. Honestly, I can’t even imagine how some people provide such intentionally bad service & then sleep at night. I’d be embarrassed to provide horrible service & suck at my job & then to be plain rude - oh, what a treat to be so awesome. I’ll be calling tomorrow & trying to find an owner if there is one to be found. Also, will be disputing the charges, since I could have done a be

My husband and myself had great haircuts. They listened carefully to what we wanted and provided the haircut and trim accordingly.

I have been going to this salon for at least 15 years and have always had a great experience, I moved up to Wyoming, Mn and still come down to see Caroline for a cut and color. I Highly recommend her.
