I hate to leave bad reviews but i just got one of the worst dip manicures I’ve ever received. I feel bad leaving this review because i went with my mom and the lady who did her dip extensions (probably the owner) did a great job and completed my moms and most of a second dip extension manicure in the hour and half it took the gentleman to finish mine. I was left with thick, clumpy nails with uneven powder application and filing. I’ve never been nicked with a file so many times and left so sore after a manicure. I asked for a coffin shape but my thumbs were cut as short and chunky squares, a completely different length and shape than the rest of my fingers. There was no towel on his work station so the dip powder and nail glue was all over the counter top and got all over my hands. I don’t think the man spoke much English because he barely said a word, only gestured when he wanted my hands in the dryer, never asked for any input from me about the length, shape or any progress throughout

Staff was kind and attentive. There was a difficult customer in the salon while I was there and they handled her very well. Before I left the woman helping me noticed a little issue with one of my nails and immediately fixed it. High attention to detail and courtesy. Definitely would recommend. (Also, as a note to all you customers -- remember to treat those who are giving you a service with grace and kindness and dignity.)

I never even leave reviews but I HAD to for this place. Came here a year back and the owner (I think) decided to charge me whatever she felt was a good price for the day; charged me two different prices for the exact same set. Looked past my previous experience and came earlier this week for a pedicure one day, and a manicure the next day. The young lady with blonde hair who did my toes was a delight; she genuinely tried to recreate my wish picture and got it very close. Came back the next day for my hands, and the girl from before wasn’t there, so the man available did my hands. He was very slow, neither him or another female technician could accurately match my skin tone with the base color. The 2nd tech (whose name I don’t remember) kept pushing me to get dip powder for french nails, saying I had to in order to match my toes. Never in my life have I had to do dip for a simple french manicure. I conceded. After the male tech, who kept messing up on my nails, was finished the both of
