This is my favorite and only place to get my hair done! I received a foliage and cut! It was a nice cut and color and tried really hard to liked at first but then noticed that it was not really what was asking for, the stylist didn’t quite hit the mark. I called the salon and told them what was happening and that I truly tried to love my hair but just didn’t . They were so accommodating and booked me for a fix. Rachel did a great job! It was a simple fix that made all the difference and now I love my hair! Customer service on point! Skills on point! I love my hair now! So much! If you want an incredibly pixie and a beautiful soul to talk with, go to Rachel Z. She has been cutting my hair for a decade and any time I go to someone else I can tell.
Rachel does such a great job working with my fine hair! And I love that she sits down and asks questions and really listens before starting a cut. And asks about preferences throughout.
