Mantra Salon and Spa

I got married in St Cloud 5/20/23. I scheduled Mantra Salon to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. My hair/makeup trial was scheduled the week before my wedding, but it had to be rescheduled. I was called only 3 hours before my appt to reschedule it; which was stressful because I was coming from out of town, just about an hour away. They rescheduled my trial to the week of my wedding. I had Erica doing my trial. She did hair first which turned out okay. I liked the volume that she put into my hair. She did my makeup next. She went right in with primer, but did not put any moisturizer onto my skin. She did not ask what skin type that I have; my skin is naturally on the dry side but I've never had any issues with having overly or excessive dryness, nothing a little moisturizer can't fix. She made a few comments during the trial about how she was struggling with my skin because it was dry. When it was time to pick a lip color I requested a very natural tone similar to my lip color. Love this place! Erica Jacobs did an amazing job on my wash and style while I was traveling through to Minneapolis headed to a wedding. Such great service from everyone, even though they knew I couldn't be a returning customer. Erica went the extra mile!

Fabulously accommodating & friendly staff! Clean, modern spa. Clear communication, double checks everything before cutting. I've literally never experienced a salon that was THIS GOOD about making sure everyone is on the same page. Stellar work, stellar cut!
