Left in tears. Do not recommend. The manager of the salon, Jenny cut my hair and it is the most hideous haircut I have ever received. I had requested a completely different hairstyle that was a shoulder length inverted bob and ended up with an extremely short, choppy, and uneven bob instead. I had shown her a picture of me with the haircut i was requesting. I didnt see what she was doing until it was too late. I had my glasses off while she was cutting and when i put them back on and saw my hair i couldnt stop crying. It is going to take a year to get my hair back to where i wanted it to be. The salon offered for me to come back and have the same stylist that caused the damage try to fix it by cutting more and I refused. I wasn't charged for the haircut because it was so messed up but that doesn't make up for what happened. Now I have to pay another salon to even it out and have it cut even shorter to fix the damage. Meanwhile i'm left feeling ugly and embarrassed of my hair. Photo 1
