Good luck getting in on weekends. Location has special hours open only from 10 am till 4pm. If you want to check in online you'll need to wait 5 min after they open then by the time you do there's always a huge wait time. Not worth it there are plenty other barbers you can go to around the area.

Both my wife and I stopped in for hair cuts. From the start we were not impressed. The 2 stylists working were not welcoming or professional. The accent affects one was very hard to understand for both of us. The other one was chewing on a big piece of gum making it hard to understand her the whole time cutting my hair. Very rude. My wife had been VERY clear to only trim the ends. But in the end she butched off a good few inches way more than my wife asked for. The stylists insisted on their own way and thoughts of cuts. Layering it as she told my wife. My wife has thin and fairly short hair already. Just wanted ends trimmed to keep it long enough for ponytail still. Well is barely enough left. Mine was aggressive and went more than asked for too. They both made us very uncomfortable and regret using cost cutters. Will be the last time ever using them. They had swept in between people as we had to sit for a while waiting. Yet the booth dividers and other areas did not look like clean

I brought my 8 year old for a quick haircut. Definitely not going back. The lady that cut his hair was extremely hard to understand and was super rude to my son. He took it like a champ though when she was yanking him all over because he couldn't understand what she was saying. After we left, he said he never wanted to go back there again lol. He has never had any issues in the past at Kids Hair.
