Horrible management. Extremely rude! Had an issue with a brow appt scheduling. I was told if I don’t come into the salon by EOD, I had to pay the full cost of the service. I ended up going in at my scheduled appt time and waiting over 20 minutes without being helped so I left. I wrote a bad review regarding the experience and was contacted by Jill saying I have to delete the review if I want to come back. I did delete the review which somehow caused even more drama. Some stylists are good and I’m sure with a change in management, this salon will be great!
Great way to start my new year! Thanks to Dawn for the wonderful new look and Nora for assisting woth appointment scheduling.
Amazing. I've never had a better haircut in my life and I'm old ????. Keith cut my hair and then told me how to do it at home. He said it doesn't pay to get a cut and then not be able to recreate it at home, and I CAN. I've never had so many compliments on my hair.
