JCPenney Salon

Before I met Heather at the SALON by InStyle in JC Penney’s - Ridgedale, I had no loyalty to any hair salon or stylist. I would go anywhere and it didn’t matter. I received an awful hair cut from a different place and went to see Heather, she saw how bad my haircut was and stayed late to fit me into her schedule. She cut my hair into an adorable pixie cut and I almost cried I was so happy! This was about 2 years ago and I’ve been seeing her ever since. She is kind, fun to talk to, skillful and excels at hair colors and unique cuts. I’ve been sticking with a “mullet-hawk” or “flop-hawk” lately! The staff is wonderful, attentive, and helpful, I’ve talked to both Deb and April on the phone to schedule and check in and they always make me feel welcomed with exceptional customer service. My mom goes to see Heather now too and she is impressed and happy with Heather’s skill. The SALON by InStyle inside JC Penneys at Ridgedale is hands down a great hair salon, highly recommended!

Cleo is my stylist for life! She has been doing my hair for the last 15 years and I always leave happy with my color and cut! I highly recommend her :D

I took my family of four to the salon for two haircuts and two blowouts with a trim. It ended up taking five hours because Robin had no idea what she was doing. My son's haircut was choppy, crooked and took one hour! My haircut took an hour as well. It was definitely a waste of time and money. I will not be going back again.
