I don't remember the last time I was this happy with a haircut. Maeby is awesome! They asked a bunch of questions, made great suggestions, and didn't do anything until they were sure we were both on the same page. Super chill salon and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Service: Haircut

Terribly unhappy with the customer service at Steller Hair Company. I was scheduled for a haircut appointment but the stylist cancelled due to a health issue, which is fine. They sent a message via phone saying that they'll call and reschedule however nobody ever called. I had to call up and ask if there was another appointment. Even during the phone call there was no sorry or anything from the other side that my appointment was cancelled or nobody even tried to accommodate me with another stylist for a haircut. Their cancellation policy clearly indicates that if you cancel 24h before the day of the appointment, they reserve the right to take 100% of the service because their stylist's time is important. I wonder what the policy is when they cancel few hours before a customer's haircut because for Steller clearly the customer has lots of free time and nothing to do.
