I had my hair bleached and my stylist was working on THREE people at the same time. She was bleaching my hair, doing a perm, and cutting someone’s hair at the same time. The bleach was left on me for over an hour and my hair got so damaged. Also the person washing my hair kept scratching my scalp so hard with her nails that the shampoo they put on me was burning. She was also tugging my hair really hard and scratching my ears because she was trying to rush. It’s really not worth saving a little money to go here cause your hair may get ruined and they try to work on too many people at the same time.

My friend went into this salon a few days ago. She tried to lighten her hair and touch her roots up, but when they lifted the foil her hair was about 4 different colors. They left the bleach in her hair for too long, then decided to darken her whole head to "fix" the mistake. Ridiculous. A root touch up shouldn't cost more than $100 and she walked out of there with a $160 charge for something she never asked for. They don't know how to do anything that concerns bleaching or coloring hair. Don't get your hair colored there. Be careful if you decide to go there for some reason. 1 star but would give 0 stars if we could.
