Don't let anyone color your hair but Trang. Cut was great. The person who cut my hair today was newer, and she did a great job. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1. I had some one else color my hair this time and requested a natural looking light towards the bottom of my hair. I gave them a reference photo for color and style (I can't post the reference photo due to Google policy, but it was a dark-red brown lowlights? at the bottom of the hair while the top of the head was undyed to look like a natural transition). I had my hair bleached and my stylist was working on THREE people at the same time. She was bleaching my hair, doing a perm, and cutting someone’s hair at the same time. The bleach was left on me for over an hour and my hair got so damaged. Also the person washing my hair kept scratching my scalp so hard with her nails that the shampoo they put on me was burning. She was also tugging my hair really hard and scratching my ears because she was trying to rush. It’s really not worth saving a little money to go here cause your hair may get ruined and they try to work on too many people at the same time.
