Went to my appointment with Todd, who barely acknowledged me and asked me to wait in the waiting area, and I ended up waiting a half hour. I was tired of waiting so ask them if we could reschedule. Todd gave me attitude and said he would he was almost done but that he would call me to reschedule. Still have not heard back from anyone after more than a month but I definitely won't schedule services there again. Super unprofessional. Edit: Todd from the salon has now responded here instead of calling me to make things right. He has also added my last name in his response when I did not share it in my review- again very unprofessional. He has also shared a somewhat different version of events than what I experienced. I checked my Google maps time frame to be sure that I wasn't remembering the times inaccurately. I got to the salon at 1:29pm when my appointment was at 1:30. I waited until 1:58 (28 minutes past my scheduled appointment) and he was clearly not finished with the previous clie

I just had my first appointment there the other day. My stylist was Tanya Wyatt, and she was amazing! Very professional, did a great consultation and helped me decide what to do when I wasn’t sure. I got a fantastic cut and color, the best I’ve gotten in years. The salon is clean and beautiful, they were on time, and even were able to fit me in last minute (I made the appointment at like 8pm the night before online). I can’t say enough good things about Tanya and the salon, and would highly recommend them to anyone! Services: Hair coloring, Haircut

I chose LolaMax for a few reasons - Aveda, close to home, fewer chairs. Still important to be safe, even with the vaccine roll-out! I was so happy that temperatures were taken at the check in desk! I had more than a year of growth to shape and split ends to remove. (I had had a pixie cut in January of 2020 and didn't get it trimmed before the March/April shutdowns.) I told Becca what I wanted - preserve length but damage is damage, link up the back and sides, my bangs go this way - but I had zero reference photos. Becca gave me a fabulous cut that was exactly what I hoped! I saw the length she was taking off, but as with all good stylists, she made my hair seem just as long by giving me a flattering style. Best of all, the service cost was excellent!
