I’m hesitant to write this review because I really do love to support small and local businesses but I am so disappointed and want to cry about my hair that I had done here. I booked a re-touch and hair cut $220 total plus tip… so much of my hair has broken off it feels so thin and frizzy. I just want to cry. Online it states you will receive a at home hair treatment which I did not receive ( my third time here) I left with hair color all over my skin along the hairline and also for the price I paid I feel like that service should include a blow dry at least?! My stylist tried to just send me out the door with wet unstyled hair. I’m not sure if she was having an off day but my hair paid the price.
