HAUS Salon North Loop

Beautiful salon! So relaxing, sunny and bright. Loved my cuts with Katie. As for the color I went there for years trying to get a nice beige platinum blonde. I was patient and hung in there for, “a couple more sessions” again and again with multiple colorists. I had pictures, have healthy hair and was told they could do it but literally thousands of dollars later I still had blonde/brown hair. All of this time, money and frustration could have been avoided if my last colorist had just been honest up front and said she wasn’t comfortable giving me the platinum card foil that I needed to achieve the look I was going for. I would have understood and respected that. Instead she highlighted my hair for several sessions, tried to convince me that it was the color I wanted and got defensive when I politely disagreed. My color was pretty and well done it just wasn’t what I wanted. I went to another salon and finally got my platinum (which is distinctly different). It’s held up and looks great.

I have been getting my eyebrows done from Catherine and they've never looked better. Always easy to schedule & pay. Parking is kind of a hassle but that's not the salon's fault.

Caitlin is an incredible talent! She's really possibly the best hair cut professional I've had the pleasure to experience. I feel like I've found a great match and I can't wait for my next appointment in 4 weeks ???? She revived my sassy self after a horrendous experience at another salon where I left feeling devastated in how the 'stylist' had destroyed my hair. I cried with joy!
