I’ve never had a better hair color experience than I’ve had with Jessica O’Brien. She’s so talented! She’s also super nice and really listens to what you want and any concerns you may have. I’m not sure if she would say this about herself, but I think she’s a perfectionist, and I appreciate that when it comes to my hair.
