Great Clips

This location has really gone downhill in the past six months. There are multiple new stylists who seem completely perplexed if you try to have a conversation about the haircut instead of giving them the exact clipper numbers to use. Was growing out my hair the past few months but just had it all chopped off because the stylist did not understand what I was requesting and clarified after she started the cut. Final haircut was fine, but not at all what I wanted because of silly mistakes where the only way to salvage was to got much shorter than I had requested. I've frequented the location for 8+ years but recently have gone from having a few favorite stylists to actively avoiding multiple staff members because the cuts are low quality and the experience is frustrating. Coupled with the greatly reduced hours of the location, it's unfortunately time for me to find a new spot downtown.

Despite showing a photo of haircut, the barber did something else.

They greated me with a smile listened to exactly what I wanted. Went over the top. Love the service.
