Euro Nails

Lynn was a wonderful nail tech and I felt so comfortable with her. My manicure turned out beautifully! Second note - they did a wonderful job with my son for his manicure and were very patient with him. Update: Started coming in regularly about a year ago and so happy with the way my nails come out every time. My son continues to enjoy his manicures as well. ????

I have been a regular customer at this salon as I liked my technician who always did a good job. Though they were over priced than other salons in the area, I still preferred going there until I had this experience. 2 weeks back I went for chrome nails, after it was done by 2 technicians as mine did not know the method- it started ripping off next day. Upon calling they redid my top coat but again it started ripping(see pics). At this point I was too tired to go back again, so went after 1week and changed the color. To my surprise when I asked for a concession as last time they charged extra for chrome which did not last, they rudely said they cannot help it as I did not call the 2nd time it ripped. I even showed them the picture with time stamp..I expected them to adjust atleast the extra charge for chrome, but they were super rude. Being a regular customer, this is how I got treated!
