Hi! I came in yesterday for a cut, definitely was not satisfied leaving… I must say I have a people pleasing nature and it’s hard for me to say I don’t like it. I did say this, and told Asia I want satisfied with it yet to which she did not respond and hair dried my hair… better, pasted it… worse… neither of which I do or would do to my hair. Definitely noticing very uneven cuts this morning which I have fixed myself, but I shouldn’t have to. Please next time just work a bit more cutting it to make it look good rather than disguising a bad cut messily pasted (messy haircut choice, but there is definitely not supposed to be serious changes in length from one side to the next, and unevenly layered) Asia, you are very calming and nice to have worked on my hair, please next time someone tells you they aren’t satisfied… maybe continue cutting and asking what they like rather than settling. Communication is key. I feel so bad for leaving a two star, but needed to put this out there ???? wi

I entered the salon wanting as light as possible balayage on previously dyed hair. The women were honest, and they even looked for a second set of eyes to others that worked there. I appreciated it because they cared, and although it wasn’t what I wanted, it was what I NEEDED! I got an excellent root touch-up and a haircut that gave JUSTICE to me!! And some excellent products to switch to that will help my hair from not being damaged. The only thing I would appreciate from Prime hair salon is more knowledge on black hair! Trust me; I’d go there any and every day! It’s hard to find a place that knows black hair, but one of the women stepped in to help my hairstylist cut my hair. These women here know their sh*t. They were also super kind making sure I was hydrated, comfortable, and happy with the final product! I walked out with a LOT OF CONFIDENCE.

I bought a Groupon just to switch things up and try a new stylist. I was booked with Molly and I’m so glad! She did a wonderful job. A cut and color exactly the way I wanted it. Highly recommend!! Services: Haircut, Hair coloring
