The online appointment booking system can be finicky and not actually schedule you for an appointment. Be wary and call ahead to confirm. I went a few weeks back and ended up having to wait for an opening as I didn't show up in the system even though I had my confirmation number. With that said, the lady who cut my hair did great and I haven't had a bad experience with my haircuts, just the online booking portion.
