I wanted to go short and brought a picture of what I wanted. My stylist was Ryan and I told him if it’s not possible to get this cut with my cowlicks on my hairline, that I would just like a trim and undercut in back. Ryan assured me he could do this cut. When he got to my bangs he stopped and said “”if I do this your hair is going to stick straight out.” Then he says “new plan.”The haircut I got was awful, I’ve cried over it many times. Instead of a fresh new look, I got a mess! I should have screamed at him right there. Run from Ryan, I gave him my trust and he lied to me. He needs to be retrained and give me my money back at the very least. Terrible stylist. Service: Haircut
