Great Clips

We got right in and the stylist did a great job on my sons hair. Unfortunately in the time we were there , it felt like we were a “burden” to the stylists, like it was bad that we were taking up their time. Not much of a greeting, no smiles or asking how we were. Kind of cold. I’m thinking we will probably go to the other location near us.

Sequoia was absolutely amazing. She out in so much effort for my cut, and it turned out absolutely amazing. I also loved the environment that they fostered inside. As I left, they even were hyping me up with my new fresh cut. 100 stars out of 10 Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

I came to this location 15 minutes before closing time. there was an employee said there are 2 people awaiting, but there weren't anybody and no one walk in until I left. I waited there until 7.55 pm, I left after that. I am going to this location for about 8 years. She said she can't get me in and she told me come back tomorrow and she didn't even say sorry. I will not going to back this location again. The employee was not with any other customer either and Other employee was with one customer .she is really nice all the time . Actually it will take 10 minutes for them to cut my hair. Overall my question is why do they say closing time is 8.00 pm?
