She is by far the best spa tech I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She never lets me down and I always leave Happy! If your looking for a good spa tech book with Shelly!

Had an appointment with Amber - she was almost half hour late. The receptionist was an older very Rude lady. When I asked her how long, she’s like I don’t know least bothered to find out or even have the curtesy to say it in a nice tone . I had to request her again if she could ask how long it’ll be because I had a toddler with me and I couldn’t stay very long just waiting . Didn’t offer where to sit or anything. Extremely unprofessional rude old lady at the front desk. She might be the reason I wouldn’t want to go to Givani’s again although Amber did a good job with the hair color. Service: Hair coloring
