Unreliable with inconsistent results My wife’s three experiences with Roxee: First visit - good experience, happy with her blond highlights. Second visit - same assignment (blond highlights), result: purple/dark brown hair. Wife not happy. Roxee offered to fix it for free on a Sunday afternoon. We canceled our weekend plans and the hair got fixed. Third experience - today wife shows up for her 3 pm appointment only to be told by Roxee that she is on vacation and there is no appointment, claiming my wife cancelled it. Not true. Conclusion: If you want to roll the dice, this is your place. If you are looking for consistent results, avoid it.
My Daughter and I Visited Roxee on 4/22/23 and had a terrific experience. The salon is clean, calm and staff very welcoming. We both had our hair colored and extensions put in. Both of us are in love with our new looks. Roxee is the only person who can maintain my color of choice platinum :). My daughter went brilliant red and black. We do not trust anyone other than Roxee Salon!! Services: Hair extensions, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
What I love about Roxee Hair Salon is how knowledgeable the staff is. My hair is very fine, especially at the top of my head, then I have super dry ends. So when I bring up my concerns about my hair, I feel like I am being listened to and being given honest solutions. Overall, a great experience!
