Rosa Nails

Most rude and disrespectful owners and staff. The woman owner barked at me to wash my hands when I came for pedicure. When I asked her why she said just do it. The girl who was doing nails became rude when I asked her to cut them and offered me to see someone else and never finished the job. I got really upset- never was I treated with so much hostility. They demanded payment for half work and I answered that I will only pay if they finish the job. They started to threaten me with calling police. I told them to go ahead and do it but they didn’t for some reason. What a horrible place!!!!!! Service: Pedicure
