Walked in for a simple gel manicure before a trip. They prefer appointments over the phone, but was able to accommodate me. Efficient in and out. I have horrible hang nails and cuticles, but she was very thorough trimming all of it off. I did have a couple bubbles in my nails, but after letting the tech know, she quickly buffed it out and painted a new layer, no problem!
Got my daughter's nails done and added an unreasonable amount at the end without telling me. Later on I call them to ask why they did that and they were not only explaining with attitude but while I was in the middle of a sentence, they hung up the phone. I don't mind paying the price I payed but their customer service is horrible.
