I got a retwist and lady started cutting so much of my hair off and she didn’t even try on my retwist i already have hair coming out the retwist

Very iffy, sometimes the braids come out nice other times they don't. I've Been here 4 times and have booked at least a week in advance for all but the last appointment. The 3rd time i booked 2 weeks in advance and I waited 2 hours for them to start my hair as they began other peoples heads who walked in after me. A shortage of braiders is understandable however, my appointment was right when they opened and Had been booked for 2 weeks so l'm just confused on how that happened. I was also overcharged the first times I went because they charged me the full price of the braids (190) the deposit you make online(25), and the hair(16); when you book online, you pay part of the price so be sure to tell them you paid online when it's comes to paying or you will be overcharge, it is also more expensive when you pay with card because I believe they charge you the card fee. I've gotten box braids here twice and have been satisfied with my experiences. My braids looked new even after a refresh. I appreciated being able to book appointments online where all prices were listed and the estimated length of service was pretty accurate. There were several people working at any given time. They would help with braiding when they were between customers, which speeds up the process. The owner oversees newer braiders' work and makes sure clients are getting the styles they asked for.
