El Nuevo Estilo Hair Salon

I was waiting for a haircut and I heard an elderly women who was very upset and unhappy with the service and was literally crying. I watched in concerned and was waiting to see what they were going to do to console her. First, the man who was the one in charge of her hair color, was being very rude. The elderly woman spoke English only, and the man doing her hair (I believe Daniel) was very rude along with another young man making fun of her and that she was picky because she’s older and so forth. The woman was crying and he threatened her by saying if you keep crying, I won’t fix your hair. This is actually abuse of the elderly. I usually get my hair done here once a month, and I’m truly disappointed for this kind of treatment of the elderly. Where’s the professionalism? I’m very disappointed. I hope you do better because without clients you have no business. You’re lucky I didn’t report you to the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Also, don’t forget that you’ll be that age, so

I went to this salon with my mom and dad to get my mom’s hair done. The person that was fixing my mom’s hair claimed that he is the best of the best in getting hair done. My mom who is 61 years old was not pleased with the service because the person didn’t fix her hair at all because her hair looked exactly how she walked in into the salon. So my mother had to go ask to another worker for help with her hair and this other worker responded so rudely to my mom saying “Shut up loud crazy old lady” so now my mom had a bad service from one worker and she also got verbally abused by another worker. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE BY ANY MEANS. This is not the first time this salon has had bad reviews from the workers to elderly people for discrimination. Keep checking the reviews from other people that has the same thought as me.
