Amazing Lash Studio

Tried a fresh set and a couple of fills. My lashes never seemed full after a fill (sparse after spending an hour with their techs)... My last tech did glue my eyelids closed and had to pluck lashes to get my lids open at the end of a fill... Very uncomfortable, disappointing and unacceptable. The lashes also never lasted more than 5-7 days... Even with gentle care and using their brand of cleanser the lashes didn't last long at all. As much as I wanted to like Amazing Lash, I just didn't feel the value of the service was worth it. ????

Hailey does not know what she’s doing! Went in for a lash removal, ripped on the lashes for 30 minutes without saying a word and then got done and she said “I couldn’t get any of them off” and then said she took all the remover off but the eyelashes were sticky and crusty when we left there. DO NOT RECOMMEND

UPDATE: Savanah, the assistant manager at the store, reached out and offered an apology for my experience and a refund of the full amount. I didn't expect that, but I appreciate their quick response. That is good customer service, and I appreciate it. So I am changing my rating to 3 stars. I got a full set yesterday and I absolutely hate the result. I had my eyelashes done a few years ago for my wedding in Denver and loved the look, and wanted to get them again. This experience was very different and I'm very disappointed. For starters, she was sniffling and coughing and didn't wear a mask or gloves while working over me! I had told her I wanted a natural, photo- ready look and that I trusted her. When we were done, I looked in the mirror in horror. I have massive eyelashes that look like weird creatures on my face. I politely said it was shocking and too big, and she said I would get used to them and to ask for a smaller size next time... really?! They are spaced out so weird that the
