Jenny at The Unwind Salon is a rare gem! She is very talented, conscientious, listens to you, and takes her time. No rush job here! I have sensitive skin and allergies and was thrilled to discover that she uses natural products. For years I have been asking stylists at higher end salons to do certain things with my hair only to be told that it couldn't be done. Well, guess what? Jenny did it, and I've had many compliments. She even fixed a 'butcher-job' by another stylist that we thought would need time to grow-out because it was so short. I am in my late 40's with very fine, thinning, short hair. Throughout my life, stylists have been challenged. And I've lived in many places, including NY. Give Jenny at The Unwind Salon a try. She is very reasonably priced. Really, I think she undersells herself, and I would gladly pay more. The salon, itself, is small, clean, and cozy.
I have been seeing Taryn for many years. She is fantastic.
True Gem out in Lakeside, my own Mother said it was the best haircut of her life. Hairstylists are exceptional and go out of their way to help you maintain your look and style.
