I went in for a haircut and to put hair lights all over the fuling day the hair lights did not stick so I called them they say come back life happin so it took me a week to go back went back they said no too me I paid over 2 hundred dollars for nothing take your money somewhere else
I ordered a gift card as a gift and paid for overnight shipping. The card didn't arrive until 3 1/2 days later. I asked for a refund for the overnight shipping charges but was refused. No explanation on what caused the delay. Very poor customer service.
This was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Outstanding customer service.
