QNails

i haven't gotten my nails done in 2 years until last week. i have nail damage of about 4 or 5 acrylic sets just in one SERVICE they filed my nail down to its bed and i found out after one popped off and then the nail did as well i am bleeding through bandaids. worst customer service i was switched 2 times from workers i kept quite. not even days later they are lifting and i now have to get them redone, I was refused a refund as i was told i could possibly be scamming. Not worth coming here as they do not know what they are doing,

Ladies, check, ask, and keep your receipts. I was overcharged on my tip. Not only was I overcharged, but the experience itself wasn't worth the money I paid. I was told that because I got the deluxe pedicure that I needed to do gel on my toenails because regular nail polish wouldn't stick. This was the first time I've ever heard such a thing. They didn't cut my cubicles, nor did they massage my legs. My manicure was the same thing. The entire thing was rushed. I wouldn't recommend this place. (Nor would my other 2 friends that were with me and also got their nails done.)

I’ve gone semi-regularly for acrylic nails and pedicures, and typically it’s a very positive experience. My friend and I went there for pedicures this weekend and I wasn’t super impressed. My tech was rude (making comments about my leg hair, feet, etc) and I felt like a burden to him. My friend’s tech was awesome and chatted with both of us. I think my tech also rushed my service since I still had calluses I had to take care of at home. Like I said I typically have good experiences and my friend’s tech was sweating, just this experience was pretty negative for me. Service: Pedicure
