Pearl Nails and Spa

I have been a customer here for 5 years. I have come in on time for my appointment and had to wait 30 plus minutes past my appointment time more often than none. About a month ago I checked in for my appointment. I had to use the bathroom and when a came out I sat and waited 30 minutes. I finally told the receptionist I need reschedule my appointment because I had other things I need to do that day. She said they forgot me and had seated someone else. Now my other bad experience was that I was 5 min late and they gave my appointment away again. Heaven forbid I'm 5 min late or have to use the bathroom after I check in. The owner was very ruid about it too. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They lost a loyal customer. Service: Gel manicures

I make appointments and it doesn't seem to matter. I still wait up 30 minutes before anyone comes to do my pedicure. They do great work but appointment time seem irrelevant.

To be honest when I first walked in, I did have low expectations due to the photos but when I gotten, they did really good with the nails they might not look that well on Photos, but they do in person my one biggest pet peeve there is that it took an extra 28 minutes for me to actually get my nails done from when my appointment was scheduled but also they were busy so I can understand but overall, this is actually really good with a really good price and I would totally recommend you go there cause I know you might be like oh the photos they don’t look that well but once you actually finish them, it’s actually really surprising how pretty they can be depending on what you ask for.
