I’ve been going to Shelley for months now, and I am thrilled with my results every time! My lashes look amazing, everyone is very friendly, and the shop is adorable. Incredibly disappointed with my experience here. My mother and I went in to get both lash lift and tint. First off they DONT tint the bottom lash, this isn’t explained just assumed that you will know. For the price I’d expect a bottom lash tint. My service was okay otherwise, my mother however came out of the service almost unable to tell that anything was done to her lashes. My service took almost and hour and hers took a little over 30 minutes. My mother called and expressed her displeasure with the service but the person on the phone and owner was unapologetic and dismissive saying she got the service and the outcome is what it is. I would imagine you want customers leaving happy with their results and if not something would be offered as a fix or compensation. This service isn’t cheap, in the end my mother paid $110 plus tip for a terrible experience with nothing out of it. My mother and myself will not be going back, I would advise anyone looking for this service to not get it don
