Fitger's Salon and Spa

I called and asked if there was any cancellation day of. They were accommodating and got me in same day. My appointment was at 1pm and they called at 12:30pm asking if I can come in at 12:45pm because my stylist was running behind and they wanted to pair me with another stylist. I told them i wasn't sure if i can make it in by that time because I was at the Miller mall area and was at least 20mins out. Regardless, I got there couple minute after 12:45pm and was greeted by the front desk ladies. They were nice and so was my stylist. However, my stylist didn't talk to me much, and I felt she didn't really want to see me. I asked for shoulder length haircut and even showed a picture of how I would like it. My stylist cut my hair one inch too short, and I would have liked it a little longer. My hair now sits above shoulder length and is hard to put up for work. Overall, I've had just an okay experience and for a $50 haircut I expected more. Would probably find a different hair salon that

I usually have a great experience here, but unfortunately tried out a new stylist on Saturday and got the worst cut of my life. I trusted that she knew what she was doing and ignored a few red flags when she didn't ask where I part my hair or how I style it. It felt like she rushed me through the whole appointment and didn't ask how I liked it at the end, so I didn't really get a good look at it until I was home. My hair is now super uneven with multiple chunks obviously missed, and I look worse than when I went in. Even though this is a great salon with many talented stylists, make sure you advocate for yourself if you think something isn't right, because apparently not all of their stylists will give you the same level of care! This is a special treat for me as I drive a long way to come here specifically because I've always liked my stylists at Fitgers, so I am super disappointed. Service: Haircut

Haley and Roseli are wonderful. Haley is very efficient with her waxing, she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while providing excellent service. I do not remember ever having a pedicure where the technician take such time and care as Roseli. She is not in a hurry to get u out of there like other businesses in town that provide such services, if she is I cannot notice. My gel pedicure stays on for weeks and is removed at my next appointment. Other business your gel pedicure start pealing off after a few days. U will not be disappointed at this salon. I never am.
