Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Such a great experience! Absolutely gorgeous haircut and eyebrows dyed. My hair looks so good!! Everyone is so friendly and so excited about what they do! My stylist Aubrey was amazing! She made suggestions but listened to what I wanted! I will definitely be back!!! ???????????? Our stylist was amazing! She was so sweet, kind, and so friendly! She understood what we were going for and made it happen! She even made it so we are able to donate my daughter's hair! My daughter left with huge smiles and had gotten tons of compliments on her great haircut! If you're going to Fantastic Sam's in Crystal, ask for Aubrey! You won't regret it!

Unfortunately this salon is a pleasant experience. Today not so. I had an appointment and showed 10 min early. While I waited until 15min after my scheduled appointment before I left, nobody came to acknowledge that I would be waiting. Another with the same time was taken immediately even though she showed uafter me, neither of us had a pre assigned stylist. But was worse was that a simple walk in was taken immediately i er me and my time. Very disappointed that I needed to waste time NOT getting my haircut on such a nice day.
