i went in to get hand tied hair extensions for the first time with Rachel. She did an absolutely wonderful job, they look so beautiful and nature. the blend and color match could not be better. She is very very good at what she does. was worth every penny to get myself feeling confident again. i would recommend her to anyone i know who wants hair services. I definitely plan on sticking with her for this whole hair journey. I’m so excited to have found such a great hair stylist!!

I called this location asking for an appointment for a haircut with someone who is really good with thick hair. Like A LOT of hair. My hair if very difficult to cut because it is super fine texture with lots of natural wave/curl but there’s also just a TON of it. I’ve struggled to find someone who can do a good job with it. Maddy was absolutely amazing! She asked a lot of questions to understand how I like it and explained options and techniques throughout the process. She was meticulous making sure every hair laid perfectly and the cut was even and customized for my hair texture and volume. She was super thorough and very friendly. I did not want to spend $57 on a haircut but she honestly made it feel worth that!

This ulta is always well stocked with popular items and am always able to find the products I come in looking for. Checkout process with Lilah could’ve been better if she would at least greet and say hi.
