Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Where should I start? I normally take my son here when his barber is full and usually we end up with a woman stylist and they're usually pretty good. The last time we had the displeasure of having Scott & I will say this, he has got to be one of the most miserable persons who have to work with customers. I mean, he doesn't listen to what you want. He just does his Edward Scissorhands thing and says, "kthanksbye." My girlfriend and I decided to go back, and somehow she got stuck with him... I'm not sure how you mess up stick straight hair but he managed to do so. There are just random pieces of hair chopped. And then he had the gall, the audacity, and the gumption to ask if she wanted her face framed... No thank you sir. She's good. Look y'all, that place is fine without Scott... Let him go. Let him go find peace in a field somewhere and maybe become a landscaper for the wild... Because no one will complain.

I brought my 16 yr old daughter in for her first professional hair cut and highlights with Tiffany. We had a pleasurable experience there with the two ladies who were working, the shop was clean and they were helping all clients respectfully. My problem is with the actual highlights. They do not look like high lights at all it looks like she dyed her hair all blonde and there are horizontal lines of blonde throughout the back of her head(assuming this is dye bleeding). Very disappointing for her first time. Now she's insecure of her hair. Wish we would have noticed while we were there but didn't see it till the next day. Won't be returning. Amazing hair cut! Victoria did an amazing job getting my to look the best before my engagement photos. Also, the salon looked AMAZING! They said they just remodeled, looked super nice.
