Kai Salon and Spa Champlin

After having half my hair melted off at a different salon in Plymouth, I am so grateful for Kai salon! They got me in quick to help fix what someone else did, and it was such a different experience. They give you such a relaxing time, and the actual salon is peaceful, not too loud, and they listen to you, and really care. I felt very happy when I left, and confident about my hair again! One thing I can say, if you're reading this debating if you should go, go! It's totally worth the experience. My stylist was Janice, and she seriously turned my burned hair into soft, pretty hair again.

I have gone here for the past 3 years, and I absolutely love the way they do service. Everyone is like a big family, and treat you so well. The reception workers are always so nice and welcoming. Mandy is great with skin care and waxing. I got my first Brazilian wax with Mandy, and she makes you feel very comfortable. . I really recommend coming to this place.

I always have an amazing experience at this salon. Heidi is my stylist, for color and cuts. She is very talented, professional and kind. I am always greeted with a smile when I arrive. Excellent customer service. I Highly recommend Kai Salon!
