Ulta Beauty

I have seen Bridget in the salon 2 times now and she always has my hair feeling clean and beautiful. She is extremely intelligent and she truly knows what’s she is taking about. She is very articulate and precise. Don’t worry about her not understanding trends or even understanding hair in general. She knows what she is talking about. She introduced me to Liv that does brows in ulta. She is equally amazing. She laminated and tinted my brows and when I tell, I didn’t know I had brows until now. They are both personable and friendly. A truly great experience. I had no problem spoiling myself and spending the extra money because the outcome was so worth it. Thanks to these ladies I feel so confident and happy!

I love shopping at Ulta but the employees I encountered here were not very friendly. One I made eye contact with right as entering, turned away immediately so as not to help me. The other two standing in the door eventually looked at me and when I asked for a certain beauty brand that they were unaware of they made faces and gave me attitude, told me they didn't have it, and never asked if they could help me otherwise. The product happens to be an online exclusive to Ulta, but they could have been more aware and kind. I just left.

Had a great experience lately. I had issues with My skin and needed new makeup. The staff was beyond helpful and helping me color match and finding products that should help my skin.
