It was not Tom but his wife. I was a little hesitant to go to the Coles in Burnsville since I've never been there. I had a foil and cut scheduled with Chris and very nervous! What a SUPRISE. I was so comfortable with her right off the bat. I've had so many Compliments because of the work she did! Beautiful color and cut. My hair had been through a lot due to my Thyroid issues and the loss of my 2 older siblings a month apart! Still struggling with my Thyroid but I feel much better about myself. No worries about Chris at all. You'd be lucky to get her!

Braelie is wonderful. I always look forward to my appointments with her. She makes thoughtful recommendations for my hair partnered with great conversation throughout the appointment. Check in and check out is smooth and the entire experience keeps me coming back.

I absolutely love Kailey! Not only did she do an amazing job cutting my hair, but she made sure I loved it before I walked out the door today. She asked me questions in regards to how I wanted it cut and styled and she actually listened to my needs. I have had some bad experiences in the past, so I am always so hesitant when finding someone new, however I have finally found my girl. Not only did she do a fabulous job with my hair, but she was so easy to talk to as well. It definitely makes for an even better experience when you feel completely comfortable with the person who is cutting your hair. I will most definitely being going back to her for all of my future cuts. Thank you for such a great experience Kailey ❤️
