After growing out my hair for years, the owner cut without asking to “blend” my hair into the extensions. Maybe to hide the horrific and blotchy dye job, but she ended up cutting 7+ inches off in some spots and left me with choppy, uneven hair. I paid an insane amount for all this and was refunded less than 20%. EDIT: I sent the first photo (with orange sweater) to you on August 17th. My original hair appointment was on August 15th. I had not washed it at that point - THAT was an accurate picture of what my hair was when I left the salon. So why are you saying it was over a week later when we both have the texts that say otherwise? Yes, Peityn fixed my color. That doesn’t change the fact my hair barely fits in a pony tail after you cut choppy layers that I didn’t ask for. We did less extensions at the initial appointment because my hair was almost at the desired length…. And now I’m starting over. You did let me leave with that hair, and you know it, too.
