The cut looks great, but it was a trim of about two inches and took maybe 5-8 minutes realistically. I think 45$ plus the verbally suggested 20% tip is pretty steep for what it was. That being said, the stylist Greta was kind enough to knock it down to $45 from $55 so that’s a plus. Let me be clear, Greta did a great job and I have no complaints for her. At the time of my visit, the salon was poorly organized and very messy. It felt a bit odd being asked to wash my hands before entering the waiting room, which is very strangely positioned in the back corner of the cutting area. It wouldn’t have been that bad if the place were clean, though, as there were lots of half opened boxes and a hair covered vacuum docked right in front of the waiting chairs. Not very welcoming. The cloth-covered black wall behind the chairs was bumped once by a gentleman sitting near me and it felt like the wall was going to fall over. Truly amazing staff, service and salon. High quality products, communicative and helpful stylists, comfortable seats. Complimentary beverages while you wait. I was completely unaware that I had wavy/curly hair until Madison consulted with me and gave me a cut to highlight the wave. Now my hair looks styled the minute I wake up. Highly impressed!!

Most brides get that "Omg princess moment" when they put their gown and veil on. Let me tell you, I started crying when Jessica added the finishing touches of my hair. She turned the chair around and I couldn't believe it. I felt so beautiful. She was a huge part of making my wedding dreams come true. My hair/veil/crown stayed in place all day despite the humidity (not to mention it survived the dance floor ;) ). Jessica was such wonderful company to be around. She is so personable and sweet. Her salon is absolutely stunning, so aesthetic, and high-class. Highly recommend Jessica and her salon not just to brides, but for everyone seeing exceptional beauty services. Service: Hairstyling
