Cindy was great! I checked in online, and I was in the chair less than a minute after I arrived. I got the haircut I wanted, plus a new product I was looking for that was on sale that Cindy recommended. Definitely a good experience!
I had my haircut with Barbara the salon manager and she really didn’t bother to clean up after haircut. Even she did it put a tissue around my neck to cover up. After haircut when I was cleaning up my face she did see that but didn’t even have any response. After coming home when I open my tshirt I did see lot of hair falling down on the floor. Not a great experience with this salon.
I only have Joanne cut my hair because she's meticulous engaging and just plain good. The wait time is minimal if any as long as there are stylists working. If there aren't expect a long wait Oh by the way they've jacked their prices too. I returned a few months later and prices up again
