Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

This is so unfortunate but they have completely messed up my hair. I went in there did a consult and they told me that they could do my hair and left it orange. There’s a lot of miscommunication all over the place within managers. The girl that did my hair didn’t even seem to care about the blotchy job that she did. I paid $200 for a terrible experience. If you want your hair professionally done do not come here. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

This location doesn’t take walk-ins despite advertising that they do. I walked in at 9am on Monday 9/25/23 to get a walk in haircut for my son. They said they didn’t have any availability since they had someone on the schedule who would be coming in soon. They had 3 stylists on staff. No customers in the store. None in the lobby waiting. I left and proceed to sit in my car for 35 min and watched them turn away another walk-in customer and in the 35 min I sat there, not one of their “appointments” walked in. Apparently this location doesn’t like making money because in the 45 min I waited could have gotten paid 2x + tip.

My hair stylists name was Bailey she washed my hair in not only a comfortable chair, but she did a great job ; It felt amazing! Next she trimmed my hair and she did such an awesome job, my hair looks and feels beautiful, chic and wonderful when I left I felt rock on! Now I feel like my hair can take anything!
