Not thrilled with my service whenever I go truly. It’s chaotic and busy. You can tell they rush things to get done. Quantity or quality for them. I’ve been multiple times and I think I’m officially done. Didn’t ask if I wanted gel or regular on my toes. I always do regular because most of the time I’m getting the pedicure for a pedicure not for the painted nails. This nail polish was lilac purple. This is what I ended with on my fingers and toes. Took my acrylics off 7-10 days early at another salon because the paint turned to this weird color. Charged me for cleaning my cuticles without telling me there was a charge. Then they were rude at checkout when I asked what the charge was for. Gave attitude and spoke in a different language. In my opinion, Kinda bull you wouldn’t include that in your already expensive cost. I paid over $150. I expect more.

I’ve been coming to this place for 2.5 years pay the same price (65$ *includes my 9$ tip*) for the same service every time. My last visit I got the same as usual, Dip on my real nails. If you look at their website it says 50+ for dip on real nails. I did everything the same no designs, no extra anything. One singular color on my already shaped nails. Now usually they also write down your service price on a sheet of paper and bring it up to the counter to check you out. This did not happen this time. I get up to the desk my tech asks cash or card I say “card with a 9$ tip” assuming it’s going to be the same price it always is because the service was no different. I insert, and as I’m leaving I’m looking at my receipt. It’s 74$?!?!? I’m shocked as the various uncharges were not discussed. I requested a manger call me back to discuss these further.
