The Nail Spa by Traci at Salon Lofts

I was unable to get service done, so maybe my review would be different if I had. Unfortunately, I had attempted 3 separate times to call and ask pricing as well as set an appointment for acrylics for sure and possibly a pedicure as well. Despite the 3 separate phone calls, (one was made prior to 8:30 because apple says she opens at 7. Google says 830) I received no answer. So I decided to swing in to salon concepts and just see if she was available to speak about setting an appointment. As I entered her area of the building, all lights were on but she was no where to be found. I proceeded back into my vehicle and again attempted to place a phone call. With no luck, figures. This review is purely based on the inability to get ahold of the shop to schedule an appointment for services. This review is not based on the quality of services as I was unable to receive any services. I hope in the future, I will be able to edit this review to a better rating. Traci truly created a relaxing spa experience for my first visit with her. She was also the most knowledgeable nail technician I have seen - she explained what she was doing and why, and also gave me information about my nails (turns out they are more fragile than I'd realized) and how to best care for them at home. I was so relaxed during my pedicure that I nearly fell asleep and that has never happened at any nail salon I've used before. I am now going to be a regular and The Nail Spa by Traci at Salon Concepts in Blaine is now my nail spa! Highly recommend. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
