Daybreak Salon & Spa

I visited the Woodhaven location a few months ago really looking to have a relaxing experience. I was super stressed out and wanted to do something nice for myself so I got a pedicure and manicure and the lady who did my service was really great. They have the back of the salon set up away from the hair salon area with signs saying to be quiet. It is set up very nice and there is no complaints there. My issue was when I was getting a pedicure a different worker was having a very loud conversation (in the pedicure area) about puking at a party and she went on and on about it among other things. She spoke loudly the entire time and I was unable to relax. I had left a review after my experience stating this same thing. I received a call later that week and the manager profusely apologized and said that sometimes when the workers are with clients they’ve seen a lot that sometimes the talking can get out of hand and that wasn’t a good excuse. She offered me a free pedicure on my next visit.

It is a friendly and family atmosphere you are ALWAYS treated so good. I enjoy going for my relaxation there as I get my hair done, that is the day of my enjoyment, I ALWAYS look forward to that day. Services: Haircut, Blowdry, Hair coloring

I have been getting multiple services done at this salon for a couple of years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. My favorite are my facial appointments! My skin was showing some signs of dullness and uneven skin tones and I was becoming so frustrated. After about the 3 or 4th time of seeing Melissa, I started to get compliments on my skin and that was worth every penny! Not only do I get to relax and be pampered, but people also notice. Now they have even more skin services that I will be trying! Services: Skin treatments, Facial treatments, Haircut, Hair coloring, Manicure
