My 1st time going to this place, in the beginning experience was horrible. It turned out good by the end of the day. I had 2 braiders for my box braids, and it only took them 4 1/2 hours which is very good time etiquette. I got my braids done on Thursday August 18th, had to go back Saturday August 20th because two of my braids came out. Today it's August 27th (9 days into me getting this style ) and I have about 8-10 braids come out. Which is almost the entire lower back of my head.
They do not honor appointment times. I made an appointment for my daughter several days in advance for 9:30a, when I arrived I was told to come back at 4p. I definitely will not be returning to this establishment.
I needed a quick hairdo and I had cut all my hair off. Starting over. They were able to braid it and I was totally satisfied.
