Cris is an expert hairstylist. She takes her time. Before coloring she really evaluates your hair to be sure what you want can be done without damaging your hair. I will never ever go to another stylist. All the stylists are so ver nice and friendly, oh and they will have you cracking up. So friendly. Thank you sooo much Cris.
Very disappointed after two weeks of highlights, I can see my grays already at my roots and throughout my hair.... The stylist didn't use a base color in between my highlights, she left the highlights on longer on one side of my head than the back or other side of my head and she didn't tone my hair afterwards. My hair doesn't look like any of the three pictures I showed the stylist...Customer service is non existent. Won't give me a refund. Extremely disappointed with my hair and their customer service. Will never go back and don't recommend.
